Our passion for tropical fruit stems from our roots in Far North Queensland, where we were fortunate to have an abundance of fresh, delicious fruit growing all around us.
It all started 35 years ago, when my parents, with an abundance of tropical fruit on hand, decided to make the most of it. My dad built custom dehydrators to process the fruit, ensuring we could preserve its natural goodness without adding any unnecessary ingredients. What began as a small operation soon expanded to include a wide variety of tropical fruits, always maintaining our commitment to purity and quality.
After moving to Melbourne five years ago, I noticed that the dried fruit options available often lacked the freshness and quality we enjoyed back home.
Many products were loaded with additives and simply didn’t compare to what I knew tropical fruit could taste like. Inspired by this gap in the market, I decided to bring a little taste of the north to the wonderful people of Melbourne and beyond.
